Understand the Dashboard card that points you to the highest-value next action.

Before you begin

Open Dashboard and look for the attention card near the top of your daily workspace. The card changes based on current work, permissions, and available data.

What the card means

  • Call — a contact or lead needs a timely call
  • Approve — an AI, cadence, or content item needs review
  • Reply — Inbox has a message waiting on you
  • Schedule — a meeting or task is due soon
  • Setup — an admin step is blocking activation

How to use it

  • Read the reason before clicking the action
  • Click the primary button to open the related record or workflow
  • Complete the action, then return to Dashboard
  • If the card is not useful, check filters, ownership, or missing integrations

What you should see

After completing the suggested action, the card should update, disappear, or point to the next highest-priority action.

Common issues

  • Card points to old work — refresh Dashboard and check record ownership
  • Button is disabled — your role may not have permission or an integration is missing
  • No attention card — there may be no urgent work or the workspace may not have enough activity yet
