Profile and referrals

Update your account, timezone, security settings, and referral link.

Before you begin

Open Profile from the user menu or search. Your profile controls personal settings like name, photo, timezone, security, and referrals.

Update your profile

  • Open /dashboard/profile
  • Update name, photo, contact info, and timezone
  • Review security settings such as 2FA or passkeys when available
  • Save changes before leaving the page

Use referrals

  • Open Referrals from the sidebar or /dashboard/referrals
  • Copy your referral link
  • Share it with another team
  • Track pending and earned rewards according to workspace policy

What you should see

Your saved profile changes should affect your Flowforce account. Your referral link should copy successfully and remain tied to your user.

Common issues

  • Meeting times wrong — update profile timezone
  • Cannot change email — ask an admin or support
  • Referral not credited — invitee must use your referral link during signup
