Before you begin
Use global search when you know where you want to go. Use AI Mode when you want to filter the list page you are already viewing.
Open global search
- Click the global search box in the header
- Or press the command palette shortcut if your browser supports it
- Type a page, feature, action, contact, lead, deal, or setting name
- Select a result to navigate
What you should see
Selecting a result should navigate to that page, record, or action without changing unrelated filters on the current page.
Common issues
- Result missing — check spelling or permissions
- Record missing — you may not own it or it may be filtered by role
- Shortcut does not open — click the search box directly
