Common states

  • Queued: waiting for send or provider response.
  • Sent: accepted for delivery.
  • Delivered: carrier confirmed delivery when available.
  • Failed: provider or carrier rejected the message.
  • Blocked: consent, opt-out, invalid number, credits, or setup stopped the send.
  • Opted out: recipient replied STOP or equivalent.
