- Duplicate an existing template to start faster
- Name by use case: inbound demo follow-up, open house nurture, etc.

- Problem reframing — pain they likely feel
- Proof step — social proof or case snippet
- Direct ask — meeting or reply CTA
- Break-up — polite close after no response
Timing pattern (example)
- Day 1 — email

- Day 5 — follow-up email

Before launch
