Set timing and exits

  • Space steps far enough apart that the sequence feels human.
  • Turn on pause-on-reply for sales and real estate follow-up.
  • Use eligibility checks before SMS, automated email, and dialer steps.
  • Decide what should happen when a meeting is booked or a deal stage changes.

Review before launch

  • Preview every message as the recipient would see it.
  • Check personalization tokens for missing fallback text.
  • Start with a small segment before enrolling a large audience.
  • Ask a manager to review compliance-sensitive SMS or calling steps.
