Before you begin

  • Connect email before email steps; Phone & SMS before text or call steps
  • Free plan: 100 active cadence instances; Pro for unlimited
  • Admins manage templates at Cadences → Templates

Open Cadences

  • Sidebar **Cadences** (/dashboard/cadences) — active instances on leads
  • Templates — blueprints at /dashboard/cadences/templates
  • Enroll from lead detail or inbox quick-start when offered

Step types

  • Email — requires verified deliverable email on lead
  • SMS — requires verified mobile; respects marketing consent and opt-out
  • Call — task or power-dial step; log outcome on lead
  • LinkedIn — manual or guided touch; marks complete when logged

Pause and skip

  • Smart pause on reply — stops sequence when lead responds
  • Skipped steps show a reason on the instance (eligibility, hours, condition)
  • See Cadence eligibility for block reason tables

Common issues

  • Cannot enroll — check email/phone eligibility or Free plan instance cap
  • Steps not sending — connect mailbox (Pro) or verify lead contact fields
