Open Cadences
- Sidebar **Cadences** (/dashboard/cadences) — active instances on leads
- Templates — blueprints at /dashboard/cadences/templates
- Enroll from lead detail or inbox quick-start when offered
Step types
- Email — requires verified deliverable email on lead
- SMS — requires verified mobile; respects marketing consent and opt-out
- Call — task or power-dial step; log outcome on lead
- LinkedIn — manual or guided touch; marks complete when logged
Pause and skip
- Smart pause on reply — stops sequence when lead responds
- Skipped steps show a reason on the instance (eligibility, hours, condition)

Common issues
- Cannot enroll — check email/phone eligibility or Free plan instance cap
- Steps not sending — connect mailbox (Pro) or verify lead contact fields
