Where eligibility appears

Eligibility appears during enrollment and on active cadence steps. Use it to fix missing fields before assuming the cadence is broken.

Email reasons

  • No email address on the record.
  • Email address is not verified or is not deliverable.
  • The contact or lead is marked do-not-email.
  • The mailbox is disconnected or the sender lacks permission.

SMS reasons

  • No phone number or unverified phone number.
  • Phone is not a mobile number.
  • Missing marketing consent where required.
  • STOP opt-out, do-not-contact, quiet hours, or Phone & SMS setup issue.

Call and manual reasons

  • No assigned owner for the task.
  • Dialer is not connected or the user has no assigned number.
  • Quiet hours or do-not-call policy prevents the call.
  • The previous step is waiting for completion.
