Start a session

  • Open Dialer, then choose Power Dialer.
  • Pick a queue, saved view, or filtered list.
  • Confirm caller ID and session settings.
  • Start the first call and advance after logging the outcome.

  • Read recent activity before dialing.
  • Check source, stage, last touch, and open tasks.
  • Use the suggested talk track as a starting point.

Log the outcome

  • Connected.
  • No answer.
  • Voicemail left.
  • Wrong number.
  • Callback requested.
