Create a form

Choose a template, edit fields, set ownership, and publish a capture form.

Before you begin

  • Admin or form builder permission is required
  • Know the form purpose before choosing a template
  • Decide who owns new submissions

Create and save

  • Open Forms
  • Click New form
  • Choose a template such as open house, listing inquiry, buyer intake, contact us, or demo request
  • Edit fields, required questions, and consent copy
  • Set assignee and save

What you should see

The saved form should appear in the Forms list and open to a detail page where you can preview, share, automate, and review submissions.

Common issues

  • Template missing — confirm workspace industry
  • Cannot save — check required name, fields, and permissions
  • Wrong assignee — update automations before sharing the form
