Create a form
- Forms → New form (/dashboard/forms/new)
- Templates vary by tenant industry (open house, buyer intake, contact us, demo request, etc.)
- Name the form for your CRM source label — public URL uses auto-generated /f/[publicId]
What happens on submit
- Creates or merges a lead (email, then phone)
- Runs assignee, cadence, enrich, and verify per form settings
- Marketing consent required (CASL/TCPA); SMS steps skip when unchecked
