Before you begin

Create and publish the form first. Test the link before sharing it with customers or prospects.

Share options

  • Copy public link
  • Open public preview
  • Download QR PNG
  • Print QR PDF
  • Use kiosk link for tablet check-in
  • Use embed code for website placement

What you should see

The public link should open the hosted form. QR scans should open the same form on a phone. The form source should be clear in Flowforce after submission.

Common issues

  • Link unavailable — publish the form
  • QR opens old form — download a fresh QR after changing the form
  • Wrong source — rename the form before collecting submissions
