What you should see

A rep should be able to answer who this person is, why they are in Flowforce, what happened last, and what should happen next.

Common issues

  • Actions missing — connect email, Phone & SMS, calendar, or check permissions
  • Timeline empty — the record may be new or not linked to previous conversations
  • Wrong owner — ask a manager or admin to reassign the record
