Before you begin

Open Contacts or Leads. Table view is best when you need to scan many records, compare fields, or perform row actions.

Use the table

  • Search by name, company, email, phone, or source
  • Sort by visible columns where supported
  • Choose which columns are visible
  • Use row actions for quick work
  • Select rows for bulk actions when available

What you should see

The table should show the fields you need for the current job and stay narrow enough to scan without opening every record.

Common issues

  • Too many columns — hide fields you do not need
  • Record missing — clear search, filters, groups, and smart queues
  • Bulk action disabled — your role may not have permission or no rows are selected
