Before you begin

Use status and columns when the Listings table has more properties than you can scan comfortably.

Table controls

  • Filter by published, active, pending, archived, or custom status where available
  • Search by address
  • Show/hide columns
  • Sort by visible columns

What you should see

The Listings table should show the fields your team needs for the current workflow without hiding important status or inquiry data.

Common issues

  • Listing disappeared — clear status filter
  • Column missing — enable it in columns menu
  • Archived listing visible — adjust status filter
