What AI Mode does
On supported list pages, turn on **AI Mode** (sparkle toggle next to the search box), type a plain-English request, and press **Enter**. Flowforce translates your prompt into structured filters and updates the list URL.
AI Mode is **not** the same as global search (⌘K) or **Flow** chat. It only changes filters on the page you are on.
Where AI Mode is available
- **Leads** (/dashboard/leads) — e.g. "assigned to Sarah", "opened email in last 30 days", "in Negotiation stage"
- **Find people** (/dashboard/leads/find) — e.g. "VP Sales in Austin", "marketing directors at SaaS companies"
- **Deals** (/dashboard/deals) — e.g. "closed won last month", "West team in proposal stage"
- **Listings** (/dashboard/listings) — e.g. "published in Austin", "archived lakefront" (real estate workspaces)
- **Schedule** (/dashboard/calendar) — e.g. "overdue tasks assigned to me", "meetings this week"
- **Commissions** (/dashboard/commissions) — e.g. "pending for West team last month"
- **Transactions** (/dashboard/transactions) — e.g. "paid commissions for Sarah in Q1"
Tips
- AI Mode remembers your on/off preference per page in this browser.
- Team and assignee names work best on **Leads**, **Deals**, **Commissions**, and **Transactions** when your workspace has those records loaded for admins.
- On **Leads**, lead groups (`?groupId=`) and smart queues (`?queue=`) are separate from custom filter rules — pick one filter style at a time.
- If AI is not configured for your workspace, the toggle stays disabled or requests fail with an error.
