Create meetings, connect video providers, and share booking links with prospects or clients.

Before you begin

  • Connect a calendar integration
  • Connect Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or another meeting provider if you need video links
  • Confirm your timezone and availability

Create a meeting

  • Open Schedule
  • Click the plus menu
  • Choose Meeting
  • Add title, attendees, time, linked record, and video provider
  • Save and confirm the meeting appears on Schedule

What you should see

A saved or booked meeting should appear on Schedule, sync to the connected calendar, and link back to the related contact, lead, deal, or listing when selected.

Common issues

  • No available times — check calendar connection and availability
  • Wrong video link — confirm the default meeting provider
  • Booking page not found — verify the link and workspace/user identifier
